In 1988 Vons Steak House & Oyster Bar was developed to become an outstanding Steak &
Prime Rib House for the Edmonton area. The building which
used to house Canada Dry beverages has original exposed
brick and warm ambiance.

you only the very best Alberta Beef available. We purchase
and serve only the top ten percent of beef produced and
guarantee your steak or Prime Rib will be the best you’ve
ever eaten.
