Private Dining - Policies

Billing

All regular dining and party menus are priced without applicable tax or gratuity. For your convenience an eighteen percent service charge will be applied to all groups over eight people.

Rental Fees / Minimum Spending

You will be informed in advance if any extra costs such as rental fees / and or minimum plate charge will be applied to the function.

Boardroom - $30
Loft - $40
Top of Von's - $100

Deposits

For all groups over 20, a $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the space. This will be applied to the bill. In the event of a late cancellation the deposit will be refunded in the form of a Gift Certificate.

Confirmation

A function will not be confirmed until the deposit and confirmation form have been received and the event authorized by our events manager.

Menu choices and the number of guests must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

Food deposits will not be refunded for cancellations or changes made 48 hours prior to the date of the event.

Time Constraints

As large groups may take more time to prepare please inform us of any special needs you may have.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Payment in full is required at completion of the function.
